THE INTRODUCTION [This is where it all starts]

The Anachronistic Fuzz project is a musical experimentation formula initiated by Natty Ko (me), and will consist of a community of "sharers" (you), a group of varied musicians currently residing in the Atlanta area, and whoever else's artistic talent chooses to contribute.

The basic formula consists of "found sounds", which can range from recordings of the wind, a subway, a cat screeching, an air conditioning unit, strange noises produced by a computer (or any other kind of device), a party, an interesting conversation, or whatever you feel has some (normal or strange) value within a musical realm.

These "noises" will make up the core of the songs we as a community will produce. Over the top of that, we will allow members of the community to utilize these sounds with whichever musical composition techniques he/she possesses. When you finish with a recording containing the noises, post it here so it can belong to the community and so others can remix it and critique it to make it better or more interesting to his/her liking. Although the original copyright licensing of the noise belongs to its poster, once it has been posted it will assume dual rights to both the owner and the AF community. Note: although you are not forced to post what you have created, everyone is contributing for free and therefore no one should be attempting to make money off of this unless for ticket sales at a live performance of a piece of music, so if you choose not to re-post something DO NOT call it your own and not mention the AF, because this is a violation of the Creative Commons licensing.

The goal of this project is to make music a communal effort, and to promote the combination of psychedelic noise, spoken word, and sound (or unsound) musical techniques to create something totally unique that encourages group involvement and development that motivates songs that are open to being developed and reinvented to any one members liking.

The one rule to the Anachronistic Fuzz is HAVE GOOD VIBES (meaning respect your fellow members and dont delete their work to replace it with yours...seeing as we are all students of music [in a theoretical sense], having each developmental phase in the production of the songs allows for more learning, more interpretation, and in turn, more improvisation of existing resources)
